Baidu discusses their algorithm change process
Those who have been involved in any real-time search engine optimization know that no Baidu algorithm can keep up. In addition to several world changes every year (Baidu Instant and Panda are the latest), there are some minor changes that will change the way search works. However, Baidu recently discussed how to create, test and implement many of these small changes. Understanding this process will help you accurately assess the rigor of different types of changes.
