Student Visa or Study Permit for Canada

The next step would be to apply for a study permit and student visa (temporary visa or electronic travel authorization) once you have received an acceptance letter from a Canadian university. Student visas or electronic travel authorizations are legal permits that allow students to enter and study in Canada for the duration of a study permit’s validity. Usually, electronic travel authorizations are linked to passports and have a five-year validity period. Both documents are required to study in Canada.
