Usually job satisfaction is measured by using general scientific research methods such as the questionnaire. The satisfaction questionnaire is a paper pencil type of a questionnaire and can be implanted individually but it does not take sex difference in to consideration we divided the questionnaire in to 150 person but responding only 100 people. The response of the questionnaire is the following categories

  • Strongly Disagree
  • Disagree
  • Neutral
  • Agree
  • Strongly agree

The date collects from organization both public & Govt. employee the behavior of the employee is different in different situation. The satisfaction defend on the performance of the jobs employee loyalty is one of the most significant factors that human resource manager in particular must have in mind. Finally there is a still considerable debate weather satisfaction lead to performance or performance leads to satisfaction.
